Created in partnership with Aramark®, The Cackalacky® Sandwich is an authentic Applewood & Hickory-smoked pulled pork barbecue sandwich that is cooked "low 'n slow" onsite at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and served on game days at the Cackalacky® BBQ Shacks in Kenan Stadium and all Carolina Athletics® sporting event concession stands on campus, including "The Dean Dome!" 

In addition to our barbecue being lightly tossed in a blend of our "traditional plus" Cackalacky® Pepper Sauce and our Carolina Tar Heels® BBQ Sauce, each concession stand offers a choice of slaw topping and hosts a self-serve condiment station with Carolina Tar Heels® BBQ Sauce!
