Q: Do you have a place that we can come visit?
A: Yes! The Cackalacky® Company Store is open to the public 11a-4p Tuesday - Saturday! (Except when we are away for trade events.)

Q: Do Cackalacky Sauces Need To Be Refrigerated?
A: Until opened, your Cackalacky® Sauces will be fine in your kitchen cupboard until its use-by date. Once opened it needs to be refrigerated. Once refrigerated, Cackalacky® sauce will last 4-6 months in the fridge.
Q: Do you still make Cackalacky® Spice Sauce?
A: No. Sorry. Due to ingredients sourcing and supply chain issues we replaced our Spice Sauce with our NEW Cackalacky® Pepper Sauce back in 2020.
Q: How do I get my store to carry Cackalacky® Brand products?
A: If the places where you love to shop shop don't carry our products, feel free to let the store manager know that you want "The Great Stuff!" Feel free to drop us a line and send us your sales leads! If they add our items, we'll be sure to send you a little something as a "Thank you!"
Q: What Does Cackalacky® Mean?
A: Way back when, a family friend randomly nicknamed our first sauce creation "Cackalacky" - a name that we rescued from relative obscurity - and the moniker stuck!
No one had ever used our brand name in commerce before we did. So, we federally trademarked it and the rest is history. Today, after more than two decades in business and multiple nationally televised appearances, our Cackalacky® name is widely recognized as the quality hallmark of "tradition, innovation, and fun!"
Pro Tip: Avoid imposters and knock-offs and always - ALWAYS - look for the "®" next to our brand name to make sure that it's the real McCoy!
Q. Do Cackalacky® Sauces, Seasonings, and Nuts Sauces contain allergens?
A. All Cackalacky® food products are labeled in accordance with the FDA food labeling requirements, including the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004, which requires foods to be labeled that contain the major food allergens: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans. Although most flavors of Cackalacky® Sauce, seasonings, and nuts (with the obvious and notable exception of our peanuts themselves) generally do not contain these ingredients, refer to the ingredients statement on the back of each Cackalacky® product - or - on each individual product page our website to find this declaration.
Q. Do you have a list of ingredients for Cackalacky® Sauces and Nuts?A. Specific ingredients are listed on the back label of each bottle as well as our website – Cackalacky.com.
Q. Should I refrigerate Cackalacky® Sauces?
A. We recommend refrigerating Cackalacky® Sauce after opening for maintaining best quality.
Q. How long can I keep Cackalacky® Sauce after I open it?
A. Always refrigerate sauce after it is opened and discard after four months.
Q. I am not satisfied with my product - what do I do?
A. While this *rarely* occurs, we certainly understand that this situation can happen now and again. Please return the product to the point of purchase along with your receipt and the retailer should refund your purchase. If you purchased online directly from us, please contact us with your order # and we'll likely refund your purchase.
