★ Chili Con Cackalacky® ★

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Cackalacky® Pepper Powder**
2 Tbsp Cackalacky® Pepper Sauce**
½ cup sweet onion, diced
4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
1 lb. lean ground beef - or - turkey
1 can (14 ½ oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained.
1 can (15 to 16 oz.) dark red kidney beans, undrained
¼ cup your favorite beer
1 tsp cinnamon
1 bay leaf (optional)

*Recommended Toppings & Garnish Ingredients: shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chives and/or chopped cilantro, sour cream, saltine crackers

Directions

1. In a large stockpot, sauté diced sweet onion in EVOO over medium-high heat.
2. Then, add ground meat to sautéed onions and “brown.” Drain fat when done.
3. Stir-in Cackalacky® Pepper Sauce, Cackalacky® Pepper Powder, tomatoes, beans, bay leaf, beer, and cinnamon. Bring to a rolling boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.

*Serve with a dollop of sour cream, and garnish with shredded cheddar and chopped chives and/or chopped cilantro, and a side of saltine crackers.
